For more than four decades, my work has been rooted in a conviction that education should expand human potential and opportunities.
I have worked across education as a teacher, lecturer, inspector, assessor, coach, researcher and consultant. Along the way, my interests have increasingly converged around leadership, creativity, systems thinking, lifelong learning and the conditions that enable people to flourish in their chosen environments.
